Minimum Order Requirements

-The minimum order quantity is the release quantity, unless otherwise specified.

Pricing

-The prices quoted are based on full releases within a 6-month period. Orders for lower quantities may incur higher pricing.

Payment Terms

-Orders totaling less than $3,000 require payment via credit card or ACH transfer.
- Payment must be made in full and deposited prior to shipment of materials.
- Net 10 payment terms are available once the following criteria are met, in accordance with Quantum Electronics policy:
- No issues with any orders for 45 days after receiving the last order.
- Invoice has been paid in full.
- At least 7 transactions have been completed.

Delivery Variance

- Quantum Electronics reserves the right to ship a delivery variance of +/- 5% of the contracted quantity for all custom products without prior notification.

Defective Products & Returns

- Allegedly defective products must be returned to Quantum Electronics within 30 days of delivery, along with a written description of all defects.
- Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Quantum Electronics.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If a defective product is accepted for replacement, Quantum Electronics will ship the replacement via ground shipping to the original destination.

Order Acceptance

- Acceptance of orders is contingent upon the receipt and approval of detailed specifications by Quantum Electronics.
- Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.

Finality of Orders

-All orders are final unless otherwise stated.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Details
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and sent to you via email.

Shipping & Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders: If your order is placed before 8:00 AM Pacific Time, we will make every effort to ship the order the same day.
- International Orders: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipment.

Urgent Requests
If your order is urgent, please contact us directly after placing your order at QuantumElectronicsSales@outlook.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Backordered Items
If any items are out of stock at the time of your order, our customer service team will contact you with an estimated shipping date or suggest possible alternative products.

Damages During Shipping
Quantum Electronics is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Important: Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Quantum Electronics is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, etc.

Returns Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return any item purchased from QuantumElectronics, unless the item is specifically marked as Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival. After the inspection, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
